A WORCA membership is also required to register for this event.

Registration will be capped at 300 riders.

A Fun Fundraiser

Proceeds from the Back Forty go towards new trail construction in Whistler and mountain bike programming for the Indigenous Life Sport Academy. Last year we raised $11,000 and we hope to raise $15,000 at this year’s event.

The Course

The Back Forty was inspired by the legendary NIMBY 50 and brings the spirit of that event to Whistler, in a totally different package. The three stage course stretches from Cheakamus, then up the Westside to Meadow Park. 

The 2024 course will be the same as 2023.

Event refund policy

A refund will be available for registration cancellations, minus a $20 processing fee, up to May 8, 2024. After this date, there are no refunds.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Transferring registrations is not possible.
