Description: The Date Fixing Meeting is for anyone who is interested in Sponsoring a Toonie Race. It is during this meeting that we give out dates and set the Sponsor Schedule for the 2009 Season. If you have already hosted a ride in the past please come out to secure your date for this year. If you haven’t ever sponsored one and would like to please come out to vie for remaining dates. We’re also hoping to pair up smaller sponsors so that it’s easier to cover the entire season equally. Corporate Memberships will be available at the Meeting so please bring a Cheque.
