2026 WORCA Sponsorship Opportunities
Our sponsors and partners make it possible to build and maintain world-class trails, run engaging programs and events, and enrich our riding community.
WORCA has the following sponsorship opportunities available for 2026:

General Sponsorship

Corporate Membership
This is the easiest way to become a Bronze level Sponsor with a $500 contribution, or to reach a higher sponsorship category if you already have other contributions.
After purchasing, email trevor@worca.com to recieve codes for 9 adult WORCA memberships that can be distributed to your staff.
Toonie Rides
For 2026 we are planning to run a full schedule of in-person Toonie Rides starting in May and running through to September.
Toonie Rides: These in-person events have 3 sponsor categories per event:
Course (setting course signage and providing course marshals)
Apres (venue, along with food and beverage)
Prizing (participant prize draws).

Trail Nights
Volunteer Trail Nights will take place on Tuesday evenings during the early season. As the season progresses, Trail Nights will shift to Sunday morning due to higher fire risk and shorter daylight hours in the fall. We will take a break in mid-summer. We intend to work on a variety of different projects throughout the valley.
The cost to sponsor each trail night is $500 (down from $750 in previous years!) This covers the cost of paying our trail crew employees to plan and manage the trail nights as well as the cost of food and drinks for the volunteers. The number of volunteers will be limited to a maximum of 30 per trail night.
WORCA will organize everything, including purchasing and preparing the food and drinks for volunteers.

The Back Forty
Saturday June 13, 2026
This is the sixth year for this event and like last year, we expect to sell out at 250 racers.
The sponsorship levels available for The Back Forty are as follows: Presenting $5,000, Hero $2,000, Legend $1,000, Supporter $500.

The Witsend
September 19, 2026
This will be the fourth year for this popular women's enduro race!
The sponsorship levels for The Witsend are as follows: Title $8,000, Presenting $5,000, Hero $2,000, Legend $1,000, Supporter $500, Advocate <$500.

The Hillman
September 20, 2026
The Hillman Open Enduro will return for its second year! An Open enduro race created by WORCA as a twin event for our Women’s enduro+, The Witsend (same course, the day after our Women’s event).
The sponsorship levels for The Hillman are as follows: Title $8,000, Presenting $5,000, Hero $2,000, Legend $1,000, Supporter $500, Advocate <$500.

Offering discounts to WORCA members
If you are a local business that can offer discounts to WORCA members, please let us know!
We will promote your business in the Member Discounts section on our website as well as in our newsletter and social media posts. All WORCA members have access to an online membership card in their Amilia account and they can show this as proof to obtain discounts.
General Sponsorship
If you would like your logo to appear on our Sponsors website page, you can reach the different categories by a combination of the different sponsorship options (calculate the total value of your contribution for Toonies/Trail Nights/Special Events and let us know) and/or by making a separate cash donation. For sponsors that provide in-kind contributions, a minimum cash contribution of $500 is required for Silver level sponsorship or higher.
We promote our sponsors through our website, newsletters and social media channels and we can work on specific details with each individual sponsor.
