About the event
The Hillman was created to offer a racing platform that strikes the sweet spot of competition and camaraderie—designed especially with male-identifying riders in mind, both from Whistler and our surrounding mountain bike communities.
It’s for those who just love riding their bikes but also want to push themselves to the edge to see what they’re made of. While this race is the twinned event of WORCA’s Women’s Enduro The Witsend, (WORCA aims to provide opportunities for ALL riders) riders of all genders are welcome to join the challenge and the fun.
The Hillman hits the sweet spot of competition, camaraderie, friendly pressure and challenge, all while hanging out with like-minded guys on bikes. What better place to do this than Whistler’s epic trail network! Guys, this one’s built for you—but everyone’s invited to roll in.

The Story Behind the Name
The Hillman - a name that fits every man pedalling his way up Whistler’s trail network, earning the thrill of the descent. But it's more than that. It’s also a legacy: a real individual, and the name of a historic structure in Whistler. The Hillman was a man who defied easy categorization, much like the trails themselves. And the building? It was the original Toad Hall, a cornerstone of local lore. Read more about The Hillman.
