Unfortunately, WORCA will no longer be running the Bike Swap. We received a written GST ruling in December 2020, stating that we need to pay GST on all Bike Swap sales. This means that it is not financially viable for us to run this event.

Come to the WORCA Bike Swap. You can sell your bike or find a huge selection of
pre-owned bikes, parts, clothing, and more! Booths by local vendors and pros. All proceeds support mountain biking in Whistler valley. Get geared up for riding season!

Pre-register your items to save a lot of time on the day of the Swap. The deadline to pre-register is April 1st at 5pm.
Drop off your sale items between 8:00 – 9:30am.
Tag fee
$2 per item
Commission
15% on first $1,000
10% on balance
If you are a pro rider or vendor/shop and want your own booth for a flat donation fee, please contact fundraising@worca.com. We offer great value and exposure to unload your old stock, used stock, or spare stock!
Unsold items must be picked up between 2:00 – 3:30pm
Any items not picked up by 3:30pm become WORCA property. No exceptions.
