Parent Information Pack

Please review the contents of the Parent Information Pack before the first day of camp. There is a section on behaviour that should be reviewed with your child(ren).

Daily Checklist

Please ENSURE your child has all of the following for EVERY day of camp to make sure they enjoy their camp experience.

Helmet – no full face (too hot), ensure proper fit

Athletic Footwear – no sandals, flip flops, ballet flats, etc.

Bagged Lunch – to be dropped off with child in the morning

Backpack – containing the following:

  • Water – backpack style hydration system recommended
  • Snacks – granola bars, sesame snaps, raisins, etc.
  • Sunscreen – small container
  • Bugspray – small container
  • Lightweight rain jacket & extra clothing (weather can change suddenly)

Please do not send your child with food money as the coaches will have difficulty accommodating food needs.

Pre-Camp Checklist

First Day – attendance is mandatory or you will need to transfer to another session

Tires – properly inflated

Brakes – hand brakes only, no pedal brakes

Gears – absolutely required, functioning and child trained to operate

On Time – Drop Off by 9am and Pickup by 3 pm SHARP!

Good Behavior – follow coach’s directions, play safe

Healthy – please ensure your child is in good health, biking all day is strenuous
