Call for Youth, Race & PR Director nominations, Oct 15 deadline
The WORCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Thursday, November 16. During the AGM all Board of Director (BOD) positions are up for election/re-election. The Youth Director, Race Director, and PR Director are stepping down so the Nomination Committee are looking for candidates to fill these three vacant positions. The duties of the Youth, Race and PR Directors can be found online here. The WORCA Board invites all interested parties to contact the Nomination Committee via email before 15 October 2017. Nominees’ details will be circulated with the Notice of AGM at the start of November in advance of the vote at the meeting on November 16.
The AGM is also a great time to meet the WORCA Board of Directors and chat mountain biking and Whistler trails. Save the date!
